While you are not required to create an Amazin Apparels account in order to make a purchase, it is highly recommended. By creating an account with us, you gain the ability to view your past orders, check the status of current orders and track each shipment. Additionally, you’ll be able to save your account information with us, expediting the process for your next login and order.

Yes, all sales are final for clearance items or purchases made with promotional codes. We offer exchanges for size issues, subject to availability. If the desired size is not available, we cannot accept a return on sale items.

Our website is only able to allow one code at a time. You may only be able to use just one code, whether that is a coupon code or store credit code. No two codes can be used at any time. We do not have that function on our website.

We will try our best to accommodate modifications to orders that are new. If an order is in processing, it has already been sent to our shipping department and we will be unable to modify it further. We cannot cancel any orders. For any further inquiries about your order, please email us at Support@amazinapparels.com with your inquiry described in full, as well as your order number.

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.
Please also note that on some occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages.

Amazin Apparels is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will be sure to assist you with the carrier used to ship it, but once an order shows delivered, we cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost and/or stolen.
It’s important to provide detailed and comprehensive shipping information when placing your order. Amazin Apparels is not responsible for undelivered packages based on misinformation of shipping addresses filled out by the customer upon checkout.

Orders with Free Shipping process within 3-5 business days. If you need it by a certain date, please select the expedited options at the checkout.
Orders placed with expedited shipping must be received by 1 pm UK time in order to ship within 1 business day. If received later, they will ship within 2 business days.
International Orders ship within 3-15 business days.
These processing times apply to in-stock items only. They do not apply to Pre Order items.During sales or promotions, we may experience delays with processing and shipping, due to the increase of order volume.
We may experience weather-related delays. Such delays are not calculated in the shipping timeframes provided at checkout.

You will find that next to each "sold out" item, there is a feature entitled, "Email Me When Available". Be sure to enter your email and the size that you are interested in, and we’ll email you if the item becomes available!

For our cloths and accessories ( bags and jitters etc), because of the unique fabrics we use, most times we may not have the exact fabrics you are looking for because it would have been soldout. But the beauty of it is that we can make the same style of the sold out fabric using a new fabric for you.

Sales Taxes will only be collected from orders that are shipping to the United Kingdom. No other country will incur any sales taxes. International orders may be charged duties and taxes depending on the law in their country. Those are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your parcel. You can also track the status of your order by logging into your account on our website.

We offer Free Standard Shipping for orders £200+ within U.K. and  £250+ for International orders.

 No Free Shipping for Local or International during sales.
