Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We deliver globally from London, UK with tracked delivery options. Shipping costs and timeframes depend on your location.
How long does delivery take?
UK: 1–5 business days. International: 5–17 business days depending on location and customs. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How much is shipping?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. We offer free UK shipping over £100 and free international shipping over £300.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my item?
Yes, full-priced items can be returned within 7 days in unworn condition with tags. Sale items are non-returnable.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don't offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@amazinapparels.com with your order number, item(s), and reason for return. We'll reply with instructions.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Klarna, and Clearpay (UK only).
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, UK customers can choose Klarna or Clearpay at checkout to split payments into interest-free instalments.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us immediately at support@amazinapparels.com. We process orders quickly and can't guarantee changes after confirmation.

Do you offer made-to-order or custom sizing?
Currently, all items are ready-to-wear only. We release limited collections with unique sizing — sign up for alerts!
How do I know my size?

Will items be restocked?
Many styles are limited edition. If sold out, sign up for restock notifications or our newsletter for updates.

How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order is shipped. Check spam/junk folders too.
My order says delivered but I didn’t receive it. What do I do?
First, check with the courier using your tracking number. If unresolved, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
