Shipments to foreign countries sometimes get held up in customs. We have no control over this.
We are obligated to disclose the contents and value of goods shipped to international destinations. International buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and fees that may be assessed by your government or postal services

RETURN POLICY
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so please make sure they are packaged well in order to avoid any damage during transit back to us.
- SUBMIT RETURN
Submit a return request HERE (order number starts with AMA) You will receive an email from our team within 2 business days.
- We DO NOT provide FREE RETURNS. International orders will receive instructions on where to ship their return. Unfortunately, we are not able to cover return fees for International Orders.
- Once you ship your order to us, please allow up to 5 business days for our team to process it.
- If it's an exchange, our team will process the exchange and create the new order. You won't have to do anything. If you are returning for store credit, you will receive an email with your store credit code.
- You can use your store credit code at checkout on your next order. Your store credit cannot be combined with any other codes. It cannot be used toward shipping charges, only toward a product. The store credit must be used one time only and in its entirety. If there is a balance left, we won't be able to issue another code. So please make sure to use it in its entirety.
- Shipping charges are not included in the store credit amount.
