PROCESSING TIME
Orders with Free Shipping process within 3-7 business days. If you need it by a certain date, please select the expedited options at the checkout.
Orders placed with expedited shipping must be received by 2 pm UK time in order to ship within 1 business day. If received later, they will ship within 2 business days.
International Orders ship within 3-7 business days depending on the country.
These processing times apply to in-stock items only. They do not apply to Pre Order items. 
During sales or promotions, we may experience delays with processing and shipping, due to the increase of order volume.
We may experience weather-related delays. Such delays are not calculated in the shipping timeframes provided at checkout.

  • TRACK YOUR ORDER
    Each order receives a tracking number automatically as soon as the label is printed.
    Check your email to get updates about your order.

  • SHIPPING FEE
  •  The cost of shipping is not refundable. You will be liable for the original shipping fees and the cost of sending the package back to Amazinapparels if you refuse any shipments from us. Any credit that is granted will have this sum subtracted. 

  • DUTIES & TAXES
    All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.
    Please also note that on some occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages.

  • OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
  • If you place an order for multiple items and one or more of those items are out of stock, we will still ship the remaining items in your order while sending a refund to your original payment method for the out-of-stock item(s).
  • LOST/STOLEN
    Amazin Apparels is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will be sure to assist you with the carrier used to ship it, but once an order shows delivered, we cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost and/or stolen.
    It’s important to provide detailed and comprehensive shipping information when placing your order. Amazin Apparels is not responsible for undelivered packages based on misinformation of shipping addresses filled out by the customer upon checkout.
