SHIPPING
Shipping charges vary depending on the destination and size of the order. All shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
PROCESSING TIME
- Orders with free shipping process within 2–5 business days. If you need it by a certain date, please select the expedited options at the checkout.
- Orders placed with expedited shipping must be received by 1 pm UK time in order to ship within 1 business day. If received later, they will ship within 2 business days.
- International orders ship within 5–7 business days.
- These processing times apply to in-stock items only. They do not apply to pre-order items. During sales or promotions, we may experience delays with processing and shipping due to the increase in order volume.
- We may experience weather-related delays. Such delays are not calculated in the shipping timeframes provided at checkout.
We offer free standard shipping for orders of £200+ within the U.K. between 2 and 5 business days and £250+ for international orders. There is no free shipping for local or international orders during sales.
