Your store credit must be used in its entirety and it is valid for 1-time use only. It cannot be used with any other discounts. The store credit does not apply toward shipping charges.
Items marked as Final sale" and Clearance are not eligible for return or exchange.
Daily, weekly or monthly deals are eligible for an exchange of size ONLY if the size is available. If not available, they are non-returnable.
Bodysuits CANNOT be returned or exchanged.
Swimwear bottoms CANNOT be returned or exchanged.
All returned items must be unworn, complete with original tags and packaging if applicable. There needs to be no evidence of stains or odours, failure to comply will result in goods being sent back.
In the event that you receive an incorrect or faulty order, please contact us.
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so please make sure they are packaged well in order to avoid any damage during transit back to us.
As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, we recommend you use a traceable returns service and ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

We DO NOT provide FREE RETURNS. International orders will receive instructions on where to ship their return. Unfortunately, we are not able to cover return fees for International Orders.
Once you ship your order to us, please allow up to 5 business days for our team to process it.
If it's an exchange, our team will process the exchange and create the new order. You won't have to do anything. If you are returning for store credit, you will receive an email with your store credit code.
You can use your store credit code at checkout on your next order. Your store credit cannot be combined with any other codes. It cannot be used toward shipping charges, only toward a product. The store credit must be used one time only and in its entirety. If there is a balance left, we won't be able to issue another code. So please make sure to use it in its entirety.
